1. 100mm f2.8 macro + 24-70mm f2.8L, or
2. 40D + BG-E2N, or
3. 5D or 5D replacement

Hurr, i wan newer tripod setup as i start my foray into "stealth" strobing which involves hidden flashes to light up street shots remotely. Necessary evil, and my old 804RC head is getting extremely hard to setup due to the weight and the 3 way design.

Although they still get it wrong, calling me Syefiq, Fyefiq, Syarfeek and other wrongly understood names. It isn't too bad though, even my father can't spell my name anyways .

Haha, the only ZF i have is the 50mm 1.4, nearly all my close shots are done with 50mm. The lense is as sharp as knife and the details are seriously awesome. Also have the Summicron and L in my 50mm arsenal, probably will just get more 50mm lenses.

Me no go MF, i prefer SLRs for my general work and for my focus area i lean towards rangefinders. No hassies, leafs or fujis for me, unless someone finds a way to cram them into the size of a 5D or something

Be warn that Canon 100mm f2.8 macro is not an L lense. For first few years everything will go fine... until all your collection are L lenses, then you feel something missing from the macro lense. Nothing wrong with the image quality thought.... Just it is not L....

in that case he'll have to go for the 180mm macro already

I already eat grass few months ago after buying the 580exII and 50mm f/1.4, so no more new photogears for the rest of the year
Will save up for a tele, either prime tele or 70200 f/2.8, dream dream

To most people surprise... I found the 180L to be hunting in low light! Camera used is 30D. Maybe due to f3.5 which is optimised for macro... maybe...

This is also one of the few Canon lenses that I have little experinces... Anyone mind to let me one to play?

Valho. Get the 135mm f2 the bokeh ultra cun. Put a TC and u get close to 200mm alry and f2.8!

For me, if can, will start saving up for addtional flash and upgrade the body.

Grass is too expensive for me

I want a 70-200 f2.8, a D300 and a 10-20 or 11-16 lens. Just 10K plus altogether.

Eat air, not grass.

Update: Oops, forgot I want a 85mm f1.4 too.

hmm that's something i am considering, 135mm f/2 or go for the convinient of 70200 f/2.8, thought the former choice is cheaper by a whole lot hhaaha

im saving up for nikkor 55-200mm and nikkor 50mm f1.8
all because of fesm poisoning me during the outing...
not only grass...i may as well eat batu n pasir...

I'm saving for a battery grip, either 70-200mm F2.8L or 24-70mm F2.8L. and a car after I get my license.
