booked my M-line at 3 march.. around once a week, i will go ask the sa. but every time give me the answer" i will call you when your car is ready" and every time say" January booking until now not yet clear, you still have to wait"

just now got fed up of the usual answer and i increase my voice.

i said i wanna to get a refund of my deposit. bla bla bla. finally give me a EON customer service number. ask me to call them. fed up with the SA, should i request to take back the deposit and proceed to other branch? but.. so worried.. that i have to Q-up again.

but... 1 thing i not very happy is, until now they havent clear the january booking.

means.. still got a long long way for me to wait.
