hey guys..I'll be getting my car soon..
but this is the worse experince i ever had for buying a proton..
plus this is my 1st car...
so here goes the story..
Ive booked my car on the 17th of January 2008
the SA promise me that I will be getting my car in 3 months latest..
but 3 months later he has no car for me so i called n email 2 i-care to complain..
but no actions has been taken..
so i called up the branch manager n he told me that i should chase i-care instead of chasing them..
ok i knew that chasing them will never get any answer..
well i doesn't want to chase them for nothing so i chase i-care but i have been thrown around like a ball from one customer service exec to another..
i've been calling and emailing since april..yet it ends up d same..
till this month (june) i've email DSZ and inform him bout my problem..
at least by then one of the I-care represantatives called and inform that the have submited my name for allocation of my car d..
so 1 week later i called up again to check on the status but i got no answer as she said is still inder processing..
till 2days ago i'm really lost hope so i send DSZ another email.
the next day proton northern regional manager called me and update me about the case. he says that they have already send my car to the outlet but its silver colour (wasn't the 1 i requested 4 wen i booked my car, i booked for black)
so he said he will arrange another allocation 4 me..
this morning 3 person called me 2 inform me that they have allocated the car at kl for me already..

2nd i-care represantatives
3rd my sa
wen my sa called he ask me to clear my dp..wen i booked my car i requested if i can get full loan so he agreed as he's able to do it..
then i've got my loan approved on end of february..
so wen he ask for d dp, i wwas wondering wat is it for as i got full loan.
then he told me that i did not get d full loan but he managed to get around 98% of loan for me...
ok fine although i'm not happy that he only inform me that 3 months later..
then he told me that i had to pay another extra 48 for some insurance mark up thing..
i'm not sure wat is that for n he doesnt seems to be able to explain nicely to me..
so i called up his branch manager...
i told his branch manager that i'm unsatisfied bout his sales person for not informing me about the changes of the loan amount ..
i'm not happy as i have to chase i-care while they earn the commisions..
then he told me my late delivery was totally my fault as i did not state down the colour i wan..
he accuse that its my fault then he says he got nth 2 do with it.
i was angry so i raised up my volume then guess what he says
he told me if i'm unhappy give him a date n time den he will bring his "men" there..now he's playing gangster as a branch manager...
he also said he can just cancel my car n don give it to me...
i felt so threaten by buying a proton..
as much as i like this blm..
i will never purchase a proton anymore..at least not from this branch...
so guys ..i just wanna share my 1st time experience buying a car...
now i have to worry wats the condition of my car if i really gonna get it...

haiz... pity on u... u can try ur luck call to ICARE say tat u wan to chat with Muzakhir Bin Bahari(CMC-CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT CENTRE) and i dont know tat fellow still working at there or not.. because 3 years ago when my car got serious defeat totally cant solve out i will call to this manager ... and good luck!!!!
