childish look is ok...u always look younger and ppl at the shopping mall will not pester u with their product.

I'm 31 but ppl said I look like a kid fresh from high school...and it's always a good thing to hear from strangers when they incorrectly guess ur age. As for appearance, just keep ur personal hygiene in check, shave if u must, go to the barber is ur hair is too messy and dress in fresh clean clothes even if it's just jeans n t-shirt.

Don't try to be mature...it comes naturally after u've been through life. Don't try to be a poser either...be yourself and feel good about it. Nobody likes a wannabe.
