Actually air-con is also contributing to a problem... if i'm not mistaken, although it generates cool air for us, the 'machine' outside will expel hot air.

currently i'm helping out with a leadership programme involving high school students, related to the environment. basically, it's going to challenge the students to address their local issues, and i'm really excited about that; letting the students know that they can make a difference.

when i was in high school, i wanted to help out with the environment (besides personal habits), but i had no resources... maybe we could compile a list of places here in lowyat where malaysians could go to help out, like the SEA-TRU (got volunteer programme)
