Too Many DBKL, MBPJ, MBSJ Summon, will it bring any treat ?

a policeman once told me.....
summons u get from MBPJ MBSJ etc etc can ignore..... but DBKL must pay....coz they have their own court dunno how true this is... and dont really care honestly...coz i always pay all my fines. |
