Too Many DBKL, MBPJ, MBSJ Summon, will it bring any treat ?

Lol , my first post here..I received 6 MPSJ summons , and my father told me to throw it into the rubbishbin..
"How much would this summons cost you?? " , asked my friend FOC , Free Of Charge " , I replied.. |

If you are in Subang Jaya , its normal for you to get a summon from the town council .. On average , each students gets about 10 summons within a year course at the college . Stupid MPSJ simply summon even in housing area on the dirt side
