stupid DBKL. in one week i got 3 summons at bangsar. can u imagine in one month! now when i got summons i dah malas nak layan.
Too Many DBKL, MBPJ, MBSJ Summon, will it bring any treat ?

i hate when i park my car that does not block traffic oso got fined. can they juz tolarate a bit? bangsar area are soooo....pack with cars.
