guys. don't bother paying at all for any of these municipal councils summonses. coz at the end of the day, THEY CAN'T DO $HIT!

*however, don't fcuk around with Traffic Police summonses. you don't pay up for Traffic Police, u cannot renew license and car insurance.
Too Many DBKL, MBPJ, MBSJ Summon, will it bring any treat ?
