Received a court summons yesterday, asking me to appear in magistrate court next week in Subang Jaya for a parking offense that happened way back in 2010! I tried calling MPSJ to settle the summons but they told me they cannot accept any payment and I MUST go to court now to see what the magistrate say and how much they will fine me What irks me even more is that they never sent me any warning letter at all and now I'm like WTF.

I heard a lot of comments about throwing away the MPSJ summons but what do you do when they serve you a COURT summons like this? Anyone with similar experience?
