haha you'll definitely love the mushroom.. it's roast chicken leg with pasta and duxelle (it's finely chopped onions, finely chopped fresh mushrooms with butter and parsley).. everyone loves the mushrooms.. but too much work ahhaha

nah don't convert.. but I realy don't mind paying more for better quality food..
when I get back to malaysia, there would be alot of things that I can't make because of the lack of ingredients |

i live in a bloody so-asian-you-wont-believe-it suburb in melbourne.. so the markets are asian markets, butchers, fish mongers... i LOVE it because it's in the mall.. so it's basically pasar but clean! hahaha and the floor aint wet ;x but you can get almost everything |

the worst thing about kitchen is the pressure lor.. when everyone's under pressure in a small area.. it goes crazy.. there are similiar jobs that goes thru that aswell.. like i used to work in production.. during shootdays.. fcking crazy man everyone stress..
in the kitchen, nonstop swearing and bringing you down..and everything is fast fast fast.. haha to top it off, the pay isn't good |
