BiteSMS, cheaper SMS but how?

recently i installed this BiteSMS, inside it says if u buy credits then it will deduct from yr acct. Have anyone tried this? We're Msia and they might be US so can this works?
however, its quite a nice program. It helps u calculate number of SMS sent and credits available |

This is another SMS client, it works like Skype Out feature from Skype. Buy credits and use the credits to send text messages.
