I know this might just a random rant, but you know, we brag about our big FULL HD lcd/plasma/projection TVs but did you ever notice that no games actually display 1080p?

So far, the only game (that I know of) that displays in 1080p is GT5 Prologue. Now, some people might say that 1080p vs 720p got no difference, but seriously, GT5 is THE most graphically beautiful game that I've played, bar none (well, on console atleast *shouts CRYSIS*). Maybe being displayed on 1080p is one of the reasons behind it?

So basically, what I'm asking is this: Are there ANY other games out there that display 1080p?

If you think that this post is a complete waste of time, then ignore it, but i'm just trying to find out how many people think this way too!

NBA 07 is on full HD 1080p...as stated on the disc casing..

there are a handful of 1080p games la
but ya its still 720p era.. for games

1080p display will be only fully utilized for movies only


edit: that list is flawed.. we all know 360 HALO3 is not native 1080
not even 720p.. as my own experience i dont think DOA4 also 1080

list is correct la it says in the list for the xbox360 that 1080p is printed at the game's box but then its not native 1080p. or hv not been tested and confirmed. the native 1080p for xbox360 games according to the list is just 3 games. the others is just speculation.
