here is my situation :-

a) i hv two interviews to attend. one on monday and other one on thrusday. i plan to attend both then only decide which job to take.. so what should i tell to the employer on monday if she ask me whether to accept the offer or not??

b) before this two interviews, i hv already accept another job. but now i dont want to do that job. so should i call to the company and if i call.. what should i tell the boss?

a) Tell them you'll consider.. if they ask "Huh? You come and apply for our company and now you are considering?", then tell them the truth, you have another interview and the reason why you are here is because are are keen to join their company but you are there to find out how are things around there AND you would also like to consider the other company..

b) You accept another job did you sign the letter of offer yet? if you have, its not as easy to just say okay i dowan work for u guys. If its just word of mouth then you can always let them know u got an offer elsewhere which you feel more comfortable with.

a) tell her, u wanna consider first ...

b) tell the boss, u got a better offer...

1st, dun tell this ,employer dun like to hear it.
2nd, tell them what can u contribute if u joined them .
3rd,what is ur objective ? To work or to gain knowledge ?

Many employers dun like those people join just because want gain some knowledge.The company is not organizing charity job for you.After learnt and chiao .

Are u in a need for a job ? I mean to work is to earn a living .How eagle ur need is to earn a living ?
Okay, these are some points employer keen to know .

A)Now is not the time u considering wat job u wan to do,is wheter they accept u.

B)U should call them,to let them happy.....i think u should understand......
