What firmware you are using? Other than Euro firmware, HK firmware (1.02X only) would need the help of trick file. Besides, the ringtone file must reside in phone memory.

Do check your firmware by *01763*8371#

Ok, then you can assign MP4 or M4A as ringtone but you must have the trick file in order to do so.
Download the Test.zip file (this is actually the MP4 trick file), due to the forum file type upload restriction, I renamed to just .zip. After you downloaded, rename back the Test.zip to Test.mp4

Then follow the steps in the file attached.

from mmc to fon?    i guess can't la..from sim to phone can.. try copy ur contacts into ur sim card.then copy all back to the new phone.. 

You got the vCards contact on your MMC?
Maybe you could try this:
1) Import the contact cards into the Sharp 903SH Handset Manager
2) Sync it with your phone.
(If you have bluetooth / USB cable).

Did you try out the contact transfer method I wrote few days earlier?

In Windows Live Mail, you need to go to the address book, then the address book window will popup. At there you can find Import option on the right upper side menu button.

Try to play around and should get it working.
