Yeah, I upgraded mine from 40gb to 160gb too. Tot wanted to get a 320gb terus, tapi at the time couldn't find. Its real easy, just have to pop open the cover on the bottom or side (depending on how u put ur ps3) and just take out the casing, switch the hard drive, then put back in. Kautim. After that, just turn on ur ps3 and format the hard drive. You can even google for a tutorial on it.
