Roti Cotek ( you can only find it in Kelate !!! the city of Cik Siti Wan Kembang )

Originally a roti canai, but somebody decided to be creative to make this more attractive (may be other people were selling the same thing next door) and calorie rich by adding a one eyed fired egg (direct translation from telur mata kerbau!!) on top of the canai... and wallah...! a roti cotek.
