As the topic states.... what is it for?
Bass boost = Bass EQ? Cuz on my amp i see Bass EQ selection for 0, 6, 12.

depend on ur amp.. check the specs.
for example, the bass boost is @ 45hz. increasing it will boost bass at that freq |

boost ur bass up, 0, higher and highest. haha.
