anyone have this problem? DIGI

I am not getting any signal or coverage at all. Digi said

omg? im having the same problem too.. i thought something is wrong with my hp. but strangely my dad hp got connection and line.... digi,one simple disappointment. sigh. 4 hours.

Yeah. Time to change. My brother in same location, can call me, but can't receive SMS, and I can't call him, lolz.

my dad can call can sms but then delayed. one hour later. digi = its time to change . change pls.

i got digi,maxis and celcom now. Digi seems to be the one having problem.

Please state your location so we know where are the area having problem

just noticed this problem when i tried to send sms... i taut they cut my line even after i did payment....

maybe red or purple service provider hired some hackers to hack Digi system...

i found a way to solve this problem.

Go to phone setting and then network setting select manual network selection.

Then select DIGI.


Got back signal edi.


Opps then after 30 sec no signal again

Setapak fullbar just cannot sms or call...

My whole family using maxis hotlink , I am the only using DiGi.

Most of the time the problem Maxis is having is, calling another person and it straight goes into Voice Mail although the other party and I having fullbar. Wasting money. Never happen such problem like this with DiGi and now DiGi having some minor problem and they are fixing it, I believe this is the first time in this year. Although there is similar problem last year.

Im having the same problem now too... But mine is Happy plan 014...

i had this problem since I am from Sungai Wang till Wangsa Maju here.

My phone full signal showing "No Access To Network" while my friend's phone don't show any signal.

Seems like only KL users are complaining about this matter. How about other states?

i use digi call ppl also sometimes like tat enter the person voice mail then later i ask him he said his hp no problem and sometimes very bad line coverage

Johor no problem.

No problem from subang, bukit jalil, sunway and even seri kembangan. Come on la, small maintenance work, patience my dear lades. They might be improving their coverage or tower signal.

regarding on the sms, each sms can be stored in the telco for maximum 24 hours only.

seremban doesnt seems to be from KL

Mine in this situation too... Everything look ok with signal but cannot call out and receive call... But my digi number no problem, only happen to my happy plan 014...

First to be reporting from klang. Sigh scared me only coz i havent seen such error b4. I thought my simcard spoiled and the digi center customer service fella damn lcly. When i go there he straight said counter closed. WTf?

Luckkily ,y happy still can be used but my gf pissed off d T_T

It seems it only affecting certain numbers and not location based.

Hmm...problem solved after restarting and taking out the sim 3-4 times

been there done that then suddenly u see the signal vanish BLINK

so use the online chat system
lucky manage to grab their support

according to them, currently it happen all over malaysia
within 4 hours, the service will be back

3G Spectrum transfer completed
Alliance to leverage on both parties’ key strengths

KUALA LUMPUR, 7 May 2008: TIME dotCom Berhad (TdC) and DiGi.Com Berhad (DiGi) can now execute their joint business plans to strengthen their core businesses with the successful transfer of the 3G Spectrum from TdC to DiGi today. An allotment of 27.5 million new shares to TdC was made as well in consideration for the transfer of the 3G spectrum with all its rights and benefits to DiGi.

This was announced at the official transfer ceremony where Datuk Dr. Halim Shafie, Chairman of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission handed the Spectrum assignment documents to DiGi Chief Executive Officer, Johan Dennelind. The event was witnessed by the Deputy Secretary General 1 for the Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications, Dr. Mohd Padzil Hashim, who represented the Minister, Yang Berhormat Dato' Shaziman Abu Mansor; and Dato' Wan Muhammad Wan Ibrahim, Chairman of TdC.

As outlined in the Definitive Agreement between both parties on 25 January 2008, TdC and DiGi would leverage on their respective core businesses to fully optimise the existing networks and resources currently owned by both parties.

The 3G Spectrum transfer exercise was also approved by the shareholders of both parties at their respective Extraordinary General Meetings.

For DiGi, the 3G Spectrum offers opportunities to enhance its mobile network capacity and efficiency, and provide a platform for ongoing innovation and development of enhanced mobile and broadband services.

"We have been very successful without 3G in the past; however, we believe the timing is right for DiGi to start the rollout of broadband services to our customers. We are excited that this Spectrum will enable us to contribute actively to the extensive deployment of broadband infrastructure and services in keeping with the aspirations of the National Broadband Plan," said Johan Dennelind.

"We are currently working hard undertaking technical trials and with these approvals, we are targeting to launch 3G services and mobile broadband during the second half of this year," he added.

"I am very happy today because with this transfer, TIME dotCom and DiGi have entered into a service agreement, which sees TIME dotCom, through our subsidiary TT dotCom Sdn Bhd, appointed as DiGi's wholesale partner for a 3-year period, contributing fixed bandwidth businesses worth at least RM12.5 million each year. With the completion of the 3G Spectrum transfer, TIME dotCom stake in DiGi will increase to 10% of the enlarged paid up capital of DiGi," said Dato' Wan Muhamad.

The transfer of the 3G Spectrum to DiGi does not result in TIME dotCom exiting from the 3G market because it will be able to participate via an MVNO arrangement with DiGi once DiGi have rolled out the 3G network. In the meantime, TIME dotCom will focus on enhancing its Next Generation-IP network and Broadband services for the Corporate, Government and Wholesale market segments.

The completion of the 3G Spectrum transfer establishes the foundation for the Alliance between both parties to collaborate on several business areas that can further contribute towards enhancing the nation’s telecommunications needs. Both parties will look into:

jointly developing new service offerings in the area of Fixed Mobile Convergence;
optimising the usage of TdC's domestic and international fibre networks by DiGi;
reselling of mobile services, including Mobile Virtual Network Operator services by TdC for selected markets; and
exploring mutual transfer of knowledge and technology between the employees of both parties.

Lol... Luck Im using 2 lines, of hope on DiGi only then habis la..

always tell me i have insufficient credit to makes call even i have RM50++..
sometimes when others call me, my phone have full line, and i didn't make any call, i will receive the sms about you have a miss call from XXX directly, my phone didn't even ring at all...

i faced the same prob last nite..i tot it was my phone (showed full bar but kenot SMS and call).then change to another phone but showed no line at all.reporting from cheras pandan perdana..everything went back to normal after 12am

yeah. this problem happen to me also. At first i tot my simcard is spoilt..

about 1-2am my DiGi got coverage edy.

I've checked with digi. seems even their system internally linked between authorized dealers are down too.
