You need someone to recommend who has a business account in the same bank.

Try to find a bank near your place of business. You may often have to go there to bank in cheques and do other counter transactions.

Also check the bank fees and charges.

Open 2 bank accounts. One Maybank and another bank of your choice. Maybank is convenient for outstation clients to bank in cheques for you.

When you start a business, you need to open a company current account, not a saving account.
Your suppliers or clients normally prefer to issue cheques to your company not to your personal name.
At the same time, you can also open a joint saving account to transfer some funds from your current account to earn interest.
