The wiring from internal db to meter is not the responsibility of tnb. They can come and do the external part without any problem. If the contractor is licensed and accredited by tnb they might be able to open the wire clamps of the tnb meter to install two more wire from internal to meter to finish the 3 phase, then install new clamps with and report the number on the clamps to tnb. This you will have to make sure and ask tnb and the contractor properly or you might face problems in future....like tempering with meter. |
