Overall, the movie is definitely made for pop corn munchers and it has all the Hollywood winning formulas to become a summer blockbuster.

What are actually Gisele Harabo's (Gal Gadot) and Han's role (Sung Kang) in the team?

Cant help but to think that her only contribution in the team is to get butt molested by Reyes to obtain his fingerprints. Han actually brings nothing to the table other than his Tokyo Drift charm.

Asian guys hardly land the most beautiful chick in movies but hell wait, the director is an Asian American and this time the black guy doesnt't die. (first)

The lamest part of all is the scene where the gang face off with Rock's team in the midst of an underground car party. Rock would have arrested that cat right on the spot but instead Vin Diesel scared them off using bad one liners and his gang of gun-toting Brazilians. "THIS IS BRAZILLLLLLLLL" (WTF)

I don't even want to touch on the action scene and car race scenes.
I don't mind if the director bending the law of gravity & physics for the sake of entertainment but at times I feel that the director just pushing the limits a bit too far.

This movie should be classified as a SCI-FI flick, and not an action movie.

Just came back from the cinema!

This movie, I gotta say, is action packed enough to keep you at the edge of your seat from the start until the very end. This whole vehicular warfare thingy is elevated to a preposterous level that defies the very basic laws of car dynamics. I laughed and shook my head numerous times at some of the stunts they pulled off in the movie. But it's pure entertainment laced with lots of cheese for the masses.

James Wan did a very good job in directing the chase scenes, I must say I didn't expect this to come from a spook story director at all. Kudos to him. He did well to knit the Tokyo drift story into the movie.

Tyrese Gibson, with his motor mouth never fails to crack some wise ass jokes.

And I was surprised that Tony Jaa is in the party as well! (I wasn't aware of this fact) before the show.

Lots of hot ASSES drool.gif and male testorones burning rubber, all in all, a great blockbuster to enjoy, nevermind the logic!

The diversity of the cast is simply amazing. They basically roped in a star or cameos to cover every niche market audience in the world. Great marketing gimmick.

Kurt Russell - older generation white audience 40s - 50s market
Elsa Pataky - Spain n Latin American
Iggy Azalea - Australia
Tony Jaa - Asia
Levy Tran - American Vietnamese
Ludacris - for the music industry n rap lovers
Nathaniel Emmanuel - United Kingdom n GoT fans
Ali Safar - to cover Bollywood n Indian market
Ronda Rousey - UFC audience market
Djimon Honsou - African Continent market

Very well represented indeed. rclxms.gif

Guys are you all just praising it just for respect of Paul???
Bcs I really don't see what so beautiful of the ending???
I felt they would spend more time one it. Was the ending really about Paul? To me it was just about Vin Diesel. Suddenly Vin Diesel wanna go back leaving his friend and wife there on the beach, then Paul Walker chase him... Beautiful really????
I expected some emotional speech from cgi Paul telling the gang that was his last ride and say goodbye. Then maybe a last race with Vin diesel or something.

I found it ending tribute to Paul a let down. Unless I miss out on something. Can someone explain please...

That's the one of the most cringeworthy moments in the film. Deckard Shaw, one of the badass villains who massacred the entire hospital staff just to visit his brother suddenly become the baby pacifier and mama's boy. Not to mention that he becomes the BFF of Hobbs and Dom after all the vendetta. Han would be rolling in his fcking grave.

"World's greatest cyber terrorist" got her plane cargo bay hacked open. What a joke.

The torpedoe chasing moment was equally BS as well lol. Not Wowed at all.
