I was wondering if there are a wide selection of choices for fresh graduates who just started to work (without 3-month payslip documentation)?

What about for those with no income statements (say..housewives)?

Interesting read up on the direct access card though. I wonder if the rate of success is high with an application with less than 3 months pay-slip.

Thinking of applying a credit card before flying off to attend my very own convocation in August. A credit card would be handy instead of carrying a stack of cash. Will start work with Shell in June/July (depending how fast HR can process my particulars).

Honestly, I've been looking around at the different CC's deals.

Sadly, I do get confused from time and again from what I read online and the testimony I get from friends. I was intent on applying for a Citibank (when the time is ripe) but it seems that in Miri it's tough to get quality service. I guess location is an issue at times.

Just to share, I was approached by a CIMB banker on the "NO CONDITIONS" cc. Told her that I only start work next monday, but she said, "Just bring the offer letter and you're good to go.". I wonder has anyone else had a similiar case for cc application? From the norm that I hear, it's the standard procedures of having 3-months payslip etc etc.
