Nothing much, Barnes/Winter Soldier went to the Smithsonian museum, the one Steve went before and read an exhibit about himself fighting alongside Rogers in WW2 (Captain America 1 story).

Got nothing better to do, watched CW in 3D Maxx Dbox, the hall was almost empty.
Worth every single cent that I paid (which was 4,000 cents by the way). The motion effect during the last phase (IM vs CA+WS) was noticeably stronger.

All the kaboom kaboom done by Zemo is just to lead captain america and ironman watch the footage together?
He didn't lure ironman into the lab where they stored all the winter soldiers, it was ironman who found out the truth himself

He 'gave' the info about the real investigator hired by UN that he killed and about WS prosthetic stashed in his hotel room to authority, knowing that it would alert Stark's network of information. He made Stark realizing the truth and sought confirmation from Cap's best friend #2 about Cap's whereabout.
Either Stark to find out about the Serbia base on his own or through Cap's team information, he knew Stark would be there with Cap in the end.
