i did sum research on it.. most of the units are for bumi.. the non-bumi occupy bout 10% of the total units and it was sold out! This news is few years back and might be outdated but hopefully it helps. I also heard the expected completion date was 2005. I wonder why now oni they are selling. Any idea?

well.. the location are (as i survey)
1. antara gapi (serendah) 2. bandar sultan sulaiman (Port Klang). 3. Kota Damansara (derossle and super link which around 500k above) 4. SEction 23 Shah Alam 20x 70 start at rm 275,000 (completed by 2010) 5. Somewhere in Gombak area (kota what so ever) 6. D7 Bangi.. elite one.. long way to go.. kekekek |
