Hi..I am new to this forum..I just googled Monster hunter malaysia and it lead me to this website..it suprised me that a lot of people playing MH in malaysia.. Sadly my campus area (TARC) not so active with this game..and they dont even own a psp...they just always play dota ...again and again..

Actually i was hoping to play monster hunter freedom unite (MHFU) online...through xlink kai. I went to the website and read about it..But i kinda confuse..can anyone help??
1) It seem like you need Wifi max?? or a ps3 to connect?? what about my Dlink wireless router modem?? can i make it work and play xlink kai?? (so i no need to buy wifi max...which is expensive)

2) Is malaysian player active in xlink kai game lobby?? for MHFU..

3) Do malaysia have gathering hall like they have in London?lol...i heard that Lowyat ppl do play in venny restaurant with 40 hunters or more..but do they still active now??cause thats a very old post.

I really appreciate if anyone can help me out..i been trying to play this game online..so i no need to drive to my friend house just to purposely play some high rank quest.. Also I was hoping to find some hunter around HR6 to quest together. i also enjoy helping people who need help in their quest ...feel free to add me in msn n facebook .

Added on September 2, 2009, 2:46 pmhmm..wat weapon u using?tigrex isnt that hard..is this Hr6 urgent quest where you need to kill 2 tigrex?? ! that one is fun and hard too...so which quest are you doing..i using thunderlance so he is easy for me..also you can try GS on him too

blood red horn...if no mistake you can easy get from hermitaur...daimyo hermitaur..you need a hammer weapon..keep roll under his leg or dodge around him..till you can get to his shell..then you super pound it or tripple pound it...if you think tat is hard..you can save time by bringing shock trap n then tripple pound it nonstop ........ REMEMBER! THE HORN of his back must be broken..the shell can break 3 times..on the third..only u can get red blood horn..

for monoblos..you using Greatsword right..easy very very easy
bring mega pots..sonicboom. traps..flash bang if u want..
look for the timing..everytime he charged you..he will turn back..time it good to land a full charge on it... if you lucky..after he charged you, he jst stand there doing nth..and your fullcharge will jst hit his tail (if no mistake 2 full charge should break its tail..) if you bad luck..he will do tail whip..but that rarely happen ..or u can go to area 7 if no mistake...go to the middle round rock/wall..let him charge to there and he will stuck on the wall
Chop tail, break horn, easy easy .

oh..if u still have hard time then u bring sonic boom...large barrel bomb +, large barrel bomb, small barrel bomb, scatter fish,large barrel , gunpowder, book combo 1-3/4
sonic it..plant bomb..again n again..it horn will break..lol...but greatsword can break it very easily..get to know its pattern..n just chop or full charge on it...for me.i mostly full charge because it look...Cool....lol
also..1 hit put him in rage..means u can capture ad . ..make sure break the horn lol

haha..i stick to one weapon first ( gunlance) but then i do training school and complete all of them..got my barrage n SSP..then i start making other type of weapon ! but make sure u master one weapon first before making others ...other weapon i use it for fun..when playing with frens..(because i hate seeing 2 same weapon together..or getting pounded by my frens)

Going back to kepong now..tmr going the curve all IT to buy usb dongle..(thanks to derlin info)
but i dont get it..my xlink kai wont work with my desktop..it wont load the launch page...but my laptop can..any idea??i think i wanna throw this pc and change a new one when diablo3 is out..lol

anyone wanna find me for gathering can feel free too..Hr7 now.
