it took me sometime to learn its pattern, but with some items its easier.
2 trap tool + 2 nets
1 pitfall trap
1 shock trap
5 flash bombs
i upgraded the poison katana which became fire element and just slash away.
when it goes into rage, flash him and put a pitfall. 3 pitfalls and a few more slash it'll be easy for capturing

but then xlink kai dont support vista?

the quest number might have changed

can you solo (kill) a grank lao-shan? without upgrading smolder dragonsword.
i just manage to repel but i want the divine plate

for first timers i think sns for a more defensive minded and ls for aggressive players.

play the 2 naruga quest, its easier

i like to use a lightbowgun with spread. you dont need to aim much this way, just keep running.

a bow is nice. dragon elem. stay far and you wont get windpressed. stand on ledges for free shots lol

if youre using sns, ds, or ls, you dont need to unsheathe weapon to evade. stay away from the mouth when youre hitting, and if it sucks, run to the end of the ledge instead of trying to jump down immediately.

bring sonic bombs and use bows, keep piercing shot (head on). should be over in 3 minutes
