Once a while, it bcome medicine for my headache.. just like this morning.. dunno y suddenly so headache.. n make my mood swing to top.. n during lunch time i take a nescafe ice.. it seems better now..

P/S: Dun take more than 3 cup of coffee a day.. everything hv the balance point.. too little is not enough but too much it's harm..
