Went to the Penang World Music Festival 2008 all three days of the event. It was amazing festival and I was really enjoyed myself... here's some of the photos to share...
 I was using Canon EOS 350D to shoot, with Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8, Canon 50mm f/1.8 II, and Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6... mostly I only used 70-300mm... #1  #2  #3  #4  #5  #6  #7  #8  #9  #10  This post has been edited by xavierchan: May 6 2008, 12:48 AM |

very nice closeup under lowlight with just the normal 300mm lens.
 u really made your equipments proud!  not much noticeable noise as well. syabas! |

Don't be afraid to crop!
#4 could do without the tilt. Actually, very few pictures benefit from the tilt. Wee bit of space on the left of #6 would help. Space on the right of #7 would help. Crop just the hand of #8. Crop #9 real tight. The rest are good don't worry. |

very sharp photos using the 70-300mm... what ISO are you using? seems to be about 800 or 1600 there.. very clean
