 CPU usage high when playing dota/warcraft 3

Hi just drop by to see any1 of u can help me o not!!! Dunno why my cpu usage will go to 100% when opening warcraft and dota!!! Especially when i opening flying spaghetti monster!!....my cpu usage mantain 100%....never drops....

But the problems is when i opening others game like cabal online or CNC3,my cpu usage only 50% max~~~any1 can help me ma??

MY CPU SPECS :
P4
3.2ghz
1k gb ram
Radeon 2600 512mb g.card

Memory leak?? Can explain it ah??? I noob at PC!!! Means cannot fix it ah???
