Wide screen. Still almost square look. I really never see something others than 4 angle monitor screen. Screen only. Not include the frame.

because the brain is folded many times (space is not an issue) which increases its surface area (given more area = more brain matter) and a round/oval skull structure is stronger than one shaped like a box.

perhaps it's the cost that might prevent the manufacture from making a circle monitor, and wat do u expect to see in a round shape monitor? there will be no vista sidebar, things looks compress and ur FOV become narrower when playing games dues to the round shape and the HUD all closely pack together and disturb ur view.

when man was designing the computer monitor, he designed it as oval. Somewhat like the horizontal oval of the human face. Then woman walked by and asked, "Why does it have to be oval?"

Man thought to himself and couldn't answer the question. So he went to build the rectangular monitor and that silenced woman. But never did Man expect that centuries later, apes would question it.

but really, i'm not sure if it is possible to engineer a pixel that is of any other shape than square, and humans prefer wide-screen to "tall-screen" and thus the rectangular monitor.
