was just wondering whether we can ask the hairstylists at those express,no frills,RM12 per cut shops to design a haircut for u?

i need a hair cut...plz recommend me a good,reasonably priced place like below rm50 for a ladies haircut,else i have to try a restyle at the express cut salon.Preferably the salon got easy parking and is nearby/around PJ area,not adventurous to go as far as KL/Wangsa Maju/Setapak.
