How to remove photo library, does anyone have a way?

I don't think you can actually remove the Photo Library. Why did you want to remove it anyways?

only the images will be erased..TS wants the folder(is it call a folder?) photo library..meaning that the there is no such thing as a PHOTO LIBRARY on the phone

Make iTunes manually sync with your iPhone. And dont sync photos from your pc.
