dont eat oiled food too much and better drink iced <1/week
make sure u exercise when u woke-up at least 5minute
dont eat 2-3 hour before sleep
that what i do everyday to make sure i have stable BMI

i think your problem related too food/drink and exercise too
dont eat oiled food too much and better drink iced <1/week make sure u exercise when u woke-up at least 5minute dont eat 2-3 hour before sleep that what i do everyday to make sure i have stable BMI |
