This is my daily life routine.

i wake up by 5.30 am, bath then start driving to university, when reach i slept awhile in the car (10 min) then i go for class.

Lunch i eat vege and little meat, more like 2 piece oni. Plus my canteen is a budget canteen, they give u limited vege and meat, and i asked for small rice. The small rice really small le, like the kfc's small mashpotato oni

then if my class end early, i go for work at tuition centre, teaching high level maths, until evening or late evening.

I reach home, help aunt prepare to cook for dinner, (cut chicken, wash, chop, dice vege, boil water and so on) then i do the laundry. Follow up i bath the baby, dress him then bring him out to my gym's daycare

i spend 1-2 hours in the gym daily, eaither attending class or running on threadmill or doing rpm.

Then i will drive home and cook dinner with aunt. Eat dinner (around 9pm edi lor) and then change baby's clothes, get his milk ready and then i go for 30 min brief cycling.

Then i bring baby up to sleep, feed him his milk and on barney. While he watch barney i bath, and read my mail and spam lyn for a while XD

Then when baby is asleep, i do my homework and revise abit, if not i dota.

sleep about 1am.

and then the same routine again

on sat and sun, i will work from 9am-9pm as a promoter. Dun eat breakfast, no time sleep.gif and then have bread for lunch and light food for dinner (no money T_T)

I dun take junk food since 10 and i eat mostly vege. I like cheese tho, but i limit my intake. I used to hav breakfast in the morning but then i gain weight faster

so............... help, i am in the verge of breakign down after hectic month each day T_T

p/s: if i am not studying, i am working, gerenteed

I am not sure why you are putting this thread here instead of the Health Section, but nvm, thread approved.

IMHO, try not to after 8pm... because you don't do much at night, there isn't anything you can do to burn the calories, they'll end up getting stock up in your body = making you fat

looks like your activities are full whole day... and there does not seems to be any chances for the extra calories to pile up.
so, where does the extra weight comes from ?

For your height, i think you are considered 'giant' and 'tall' for asian female.
and probably much of the weight comes from the bones density...

I'll suggest you to have earlier dinner from 6pm - 7pm.
And try to drink water whenever you feel like snacking in between lunch/dinner. smile.gif

btw, whose baby is it ?

i think it can b due to over stress of your body mostly...
1-2 hours daily in a gym?? you're gaining more muscles then...especially on the threadmill...muscles tend to b more heavy than fats..

don exercise immedietly after food even if its cycling bcoz if not mistaken that will increase your body's food uptake immedietly...so u absorb much more...

sleep earlier to let your body hv sufficient time to rest...
and always take breakfast!! especially if you're working so much on the weekends..bcoz if u don eat proper meals, your body goes into starvation mode where the metabolism and everything inside your body slows down and don work properly...so basically it lowers the rate where u burn fat even slower than normal rate...

all these info are from those articles i read from girl magazines health magazines online n based on hearsay oso la...

if your gym hv...ask the body trainer to help u train for lowering body weight rather than firming up...

You're basically stressed out and also under nourished. Breakfast is the most important meal where it provides the nutrients for you to start the day. Having a good nutritious breakfast is important. Eat some rolled oats with a couple of whole eggs (any style of preparation). Add a tablespoon of olive oil to your oats. Take a multi vitamins and minerals which is hi in B Complex.
Your stressful lifestyle is draining your body of Vit Bs hence you feel lethargic and stressed out.

You should spend your weekends with your family instead of working. Quality lifestyle is important to health.
