for me i calculate like this ..
3.1% / 12 (1 year) = 1 (month) = 0.258% 1st month 5000 + 0.258% = 5012.9 2nd month 5012.9 + 0.258% = 5025.8 . . . 24th month = 5319.39 just use normal calculator |
