I heard that we can only take driving license at the age of 21 after June or around that time. Is it true?

My birthday is on July too.. I heard that.. If you take undang now, you still can take car license even if they changed the legal age =.= Not sure

Yes yes, The same thing was said 5 years back. It's the driving centres that spread such nonsense. The suckers will be rushing to enrol themselves. It's one heck of a marketing tactic.
