hello everyone!!! I had a female American GP named Yulia Yui Yurihiko, about 5++months old. Its my first time having GP as pets and i got to admit...its one of the most CUTEST pet i ever known exist!! I got zero information on GP, now still studying tehm so hope there r some ppl here can help me. I read about toilet train post and i never thought i can train GP to do tht, so i think i'm gonna try

BTW....i read you guys talking bout Petshack...izzit a petshopt sumwhere or online? can u guys tell me where izzit n izzit got many stuff for GPs? now i'm trying looking for another female Gp for Yui's companion. Already post in the Adoption thread here but still no reply...if you guys got one for adoption please tell me ok? I just learned tht GPs not used to live on their own so i'm trying to get a friend for her fast...

owh thanks alot for the price list....yeah i did went to pet family alot to buy pellets and hay for Yui...and the abys there is RM58 ....so expensive ne?
oh i never thought there is pet shop which sell peruvian!!! i really wish i can have one (looks in the net for their pics and gosh they are BEAUTIFUL...) but unfortunately i dont have much space for a GP like that...and my mom's gonna KILL me......(Yui already freak her out a dozens of time, can you imagine when she sees a long fur Peru that looked like a lady's head....)owh how i want one.....


Wildlife Zoological is in Petaling Street? I usually go through that street after went back from S&M, but never saw it...do you know where exactly?


Owh and sumbody ask me what breed Yui is before, the guy in the shop says its American Satin....does that mean its a normal GP? and thanks for the compliments on Yui...well she is my lovely princess!!

owh...will look for that shop next time...thanks !! and yeah the one i saw is abys, in pet family bukit tinggi...normal GP and abys can get along well or not? maybe thinking of buying an aby...or teddy also nice...

i bought Yui in Sek. Ren Bukit Tinggi's Hari Keusahawan a few months ago...there's this pet booth and i got Yui for Rm 35...

aha i think its very cheap too...I already fixed to meet tht guy(or gurl? i also dunno...) after work at SACC mall to get the baby...i cant believe i'm gonna get another GP, i cant wait

owh and the person is from Pet Lover's forum,found his/her post on selling a black(completely black) abby for RM30.i got his/her hp no from there and ask
whether there is any GP available for sale and she offer me one.

will post a pics of her after i get her, must introduce the new family member to the pack isn't it? haha....

its normal for the new ones to get scared of you...you have to now GP is very 'malu-malu' type of animal, they need time to adapt to new enviroment and people, plus she's just 1month old so got to sabar abit lar ok?

when i first got Yui, i cant touch her for 3days...cos everytime i came near she like....totally freak out, she even manage to flip the food bowl upside down, and stuff her head inside!! but after a few days she bacame ok la and now she just love ppl stroking her and oink2 for food when she saw me haha...

usually GP oink2 when she needs attention, or she's hungry. maybe she a little scared also la coz you buy only one GP rite? some GP get lonely easily.and if you see her poo poo alot, its also a sign she's stressed, Yui poo poo alot too when i first got her back home..but she got better after a few days..

what are you feeding her? the staff in Pet Family said dont give fresh greenies to new ones for about a few days, or until you see her stable la, cos during her unstable period she will tend to poo poo alot as she got tensed..so i when i first got yui i feed her dry food and only a little greenies for the first week.

just dun stop showing that you love her, giv her some time to adapt and she's be fine..ok? keep it up!!

NO NO dun feel bad about yesterday, i mean really its ok, the fact that you go through all the rain and traffic juz to bring her to me, I REALLY appreciate it...thank you very very very very much Dont worry i really dont mind about yesterday, And it Really nice to meet you in person, thanks again dear

On my way back yesterday its quite jam coz ppl quieng selfishly in front of the petrol station to fill their tanks...i was so angry coz i'm worried about Nao (thats her name now, hope you dun mind me calling her tht) As u saw lastnite i put a box for her to hide in the cage and she just sit there silently...to make sure she didnt freeze i off my car aircond all the way home.

When i arrive home, i lifted her n do abit of checkup and i think ahe's ok, jus a little cold so i did warm her.And yeah her fur is Soo...soft! She's a little scared at first but when i kept warming her she bacame calm and manja alredi i stay with her un monitor till 3am to see if she's having any bad symptoms but as far as i see, she's doing fine, infact she alredi joined Yui to popcorning together haha a yeah she's very big for a 2month old...and so sedap la pegang dier!! You must have took gud care of her

thanks alot sharil, will look after her and yui with all my heart, she's in gud hand i can tell ya thanks alot again..! and since you miss her so much i send this pics so you can see her and for other guys to see my new Nao too...enjoy!!

owh its normal if Yui n Nao to sniff2 n rubbing their head to each other rite?yeah Nao likes salad alot...a gave her a bit this morning and she just conquer it all...(kesian Yui) aha i can wait to go home and play wit 'em!

um...i really love to have another GP...but i dont think the cage can handle anymore GP for now...coz Nao-chan is so chubby i may need to buy a new cage for them...thanks for the offer though...thank you very much

um...rite now i'm using a plastic bottom cage with rails, like dudu's cage...but i'm thinking of buyig the....i dont know how to say it...you know the pasang siap type? whichis said to be economical?how much does it cost?

can anyone advise me on this...i want to provide the best environment for Yui-chan and Nao-chan.

um do u guys use C&C cage(cube and cloroplast)? do you know where to find the things needed to make the cage??

whoa really...! owh i just hope i am RICH...!! now i use the rabbit cage and looks like its not going to be a very comfortable house for Nao n Yui for a long time...coz gosh i can almost see their getting fatter evryday u know!! expecially Yui...her tummy was so......Fat)

so like...i have to save sumore to make tht cage la...huh.... Thanks for the info anyway

owh yeah, actually i'm now doing an experiment. u see i usually use the woodshaves as beddings for the cage, but as my Yui n Nao always have fun together their popcorning made most of the shaves ended being kick out of the cage (and recently i found out that Yui sometimes kicks the shavings out intendedly to get my attention...in which doubles me cleaning time) owh GP can really be soooo smart till i wanna BITE them ahaha

so what i did is buy 2pcs of thin rectangular sponge in a kedai alat jahitan, lay them on top of each other and wrap it with the kitchen plastic roll (the plastic we use to wrap our food b4 we toss it in the fridge).fortunately the size of the span fits the cage perfectly .So now i got a simple mattress wrap in plastic to avoid it being soaked with my GPs pee... and then i took my old baju kurung and make a cover for the sponges (macam sarung bantal la), put it on the matress and use it as the cover for the cage..i read GP likes cages with soft-bedding, so i try this out la..looks like they like it pretty much (they like to lazily snuggling on matress and pop around when their happ, looks like they like the fluffiness of the matress )

so now i only have to make another 2-3 sarung for the mattress, so i can change it daily or when its too dirty.planning on making the 2nd sarong tonite if the GP likes it and they wont chew or bite on the mattress i think i'll continue using this instead of the shaving coz its less "bersepah" and save money too...

aha my Nao and Yui are happy together,lotsof popcorning, wheek2ing, making big mess.... hahaha and their getting BIGGER2 day by day too!! and they likes playing, they like to make me garu2 their tummy and they go running around and chasing my hand after then...haha so cute!!

um yeah i really want a peruvian like that avatar...so...glamorous dont you think? but i guess must put alot of attention and $$$ to have one of those.....

somtime that GP looks like a human head, dont you think?
