What compound to use for glueing..., ...broken parts from PVC Figure?

Hi,
Need some opinion from you guys. My wife broke my Win-chan PVC Figures' tentacle on top of its head. What do you recommend to stick it back. The tentacle is quite thin. Thanks. |
