 contractor? build house, looking for contractors!

i've finally got my house plan ready.

any contractors around? in order to keep the building cost down, we are looking for contractor to build the house only, we will provide the materials (tiles, etc)

my house is situated in ss1 PJ if that ever matters for contractors out there.

Ur material include cement, bricks, iron, wood, sand, stone ah?

yeah.. basically everything.. that's what my friend did, saved a lot..

Then get back the same contractor as your friend.

Very few people want to do this kind of job.

yeah few contractors will wan to do this type of job unless they r good frens of yours else it'll b too much of a hassle anyway u'll need an architect for submission plans n also a m&e consultant if ur load is a 3ph

Then I also suggest that you visit the site regularly to check on things and make sure the contractor is doing according to spec.
