well , very sorry for closing my thread 6 ... there are someone complaining me to s3ven that i m trying to confused the public about my roles in the thread and they assumed me that i m the official liaison to dell management . I found out that Dell is dishonest to their customer and not telling us that they are actually having Dell's 30-day worry-free return policy for longtime ago already .
pls keep on remind the forumers about the policy . U can return the whole system in 30days without getting any charges .

30days are not applied in Malaysia. at malaysia only 14days. you don't satisfied? maybe you go to singapore order by sindollar then....
