I found out that Dell is dishonest to their customer and not telling us that they are actually having Dell's 30-day worry-free return policy for longtime ago already .
pls keep on remind the forumers about the policy . U can return the whole system in 30days without getting any charges .

i seriusly wanna know who that noob and pandai2 report to se7en and everything. damn.btw, i got 4 more dead pixel! yey! damn it. total now 5dp. havent call dell. now only left with normal warranty. maybe during holiday will ask them to fix my notebook. just that no more on site warranty. they will take it for 3 days minimum.
erh, at least 5dp can claim new screen right? or 7? if 7 i die la.
