Hey guys, its called 'Frames'. Targeting May 20th for opening.

My chefs are muslim, so theres no pork in our food. However, i will be selling cocktails, wine and beer as a service to complement the food when i get the license sorted out later on. Can always have drinks at Bamboo9 or one of the clubs in the meantime after dinner coz they are our neighbours. Or, you can try our mocktails or non-alcoholic sangrias (vry good) first.

Yes, we will have mojitos among other things. Going for quality not volume, so will not be such an extensive selection like a club. My barman is vry good. Frm 789, casablanca etc..

Haha yea! Ok, targeting this Thursday for opening. Smoking or non-smoking for u guys? Ok, all my alcohol stock is in already (inc all the glasses) but im still not sure if im able to sell by June7. But no corkage for you guys if you byo! I will do my best to roll out my own alcoholic drinks menu to give u guys a better variety.

Attached is Beverage (Non-alcoholic first) and Food menu. Feel free to ask any questions about my menu. Portion sizes 220g of Pasta, 200g Salmon, 250g Steak.

Yeah, no corkage charge if you wanna bring your own alcohol. We will provide the wine glasses.

We have a strong non-alcoholic menu. Im sure we can find something that suits your fancy.

o_O I dont need a license for bottled beers afaik. So come finish my Tiger/Heineken so that i can buy Carlsberg. rm8.90/Tiger & 9.90 for Heineken.

Added on June 7, 2008, 12:43 pmHey guys, i just informed Myremi that the cafe will not be open today and tmr due to manpower issues.

Would like to apologize on behalf of the company for such late notice. Just that the mandatory triple pay for all staff on a slow day is not wise for us atm as were trying to stabilize our cash flow. Yesterday was considered our 6th day operating.

I kinda lost track of time and was only reminded recently that today was a public holiday. I know i could have managed this better by writing tonights reservation down but it totally slipped my mind in the whirlwind of events and things to do prior to opening.

SO once again, my sincerest apologies to all of you!
