/b/ is never safe. conflicting it with R&R makes it lame. but to me, as long as there's no obvious obscenities or vulgarities to the underage, it's a go.

but it only lingers around kopitiam, so i guess it's an OK as long as people know how to behave themselves. and from my observation, not everyone knows how to /b/ . some just do it lame. |
