There are many completed and unsold units right now... You can see before you buy...

Here is some gonna be completed projects around Puchong:-

There is Avilla Apartments, Bandar Puchong Jaya by IOI corp going to be completed end 2008 early 2009

The Heron Residency, Puchong by Trinity Towers going to be completed end 2008 also if I'm not mistaken.

If you wan't more try to be more specific

Palm Walk Sg Long

Seems all the suggestion you put are related to Puchong area.
How about along MRR2 stretch?

anybody can suggest me for new house (or second hand house if suitable) for sale with these details;
1. terrace house (is it worth to have townhouse...?)
2. around selayang area
3. price rm 170k - rm210k
