My broker has teach me a classic sentences...QUOTE If you can't even handle the local market well, what makes you think you can handle the overseas one? But overseas market indeed has much better quality stock compare to our KLSE.... |

I enjoy investing in US more than Bursa. So far i am speculating with the option stock as it is much more cheaper compare to purchasing the main stock share. Their option is just like our bursa warrant but we can choose the deadline of the option to purchase. The longer the deadline the more expensive the option.
Information wise of the stock is easier to gather. Everything is on the web and all you need is to gather than and analyst yourself. At the end of the day is still base on the fundamental and your investing knowledge. So far i only speculated for 1.5 months in google, appl & visa option. Profit is like USD1k ++. Should have earn hell alot like 10k if i only i am not extremely greedy and let go at the correct timing LOL. I am still in the process of learning as well. My worse timing is when I wipe out all my investment money in 2 weeks when i started but gain back all the money from GOOGLE profit announcement week. For now i am slowly earning profit. The profit is still up and down very fast. |

I will vote to go for US market.
They are tons of reason. Google "why trade at US market" ... you will find all the reasons.. They have so many vehicles.... stocks, options, you can long and short... ETF...futures, forex... They are much more liquid....and their market is big... not that easy to manupulated... Here...?! easily manipulated by market maker.. congrats xtreme82.... for your success in GOOG, APPL VISA! I only got Visa... missed the window for GOOG and APPL... >_< There are different between Trading and Investment... My lesson learned... don mix this two animals.... You must be clear of your objective before you enter a trade... Else you cannot sleep... if you go into the correct trade.... Currency exchange is insignificant. Dont agree on this >> If you can't even handle the local market well, what makes you think you can handle the overseas one? You don need to know how to ride a bicycle to be able to ride a car. Both are different animal. We can short in US market. KLSE, cannot... We can make money when the market is up or down... even sideway ( with the right tools )! |
