He is very rude even to me. If I still have my "Staff" tag, I've banned him a long time ago.

This is a place for everyone to share what they know and discuss so it's always good to put proper remarks rather than insulting others. It's just not nice to be rude and if people does it often, it becomes an unacceptable act.

If 2 or 3 people has problems with this individual then maybe these 2 or 3 people doesn't like him and has problems themselves. If a group of people share the same view, it's very clear that this single individual is the one with problems.

Besides, it's not that people can't beat his score OR he's good but just because he buys expensive hardware which other people normally won't buy (as a smart consumer)
