LOL i had the same problem just now. I was queuing up to get some snacks before the Iron Man movie. These 3 kids were outside the line and they literally jumped at the counter while a lady was placing her order. You know the snack bar at GSC in Midvalley doesn't have the divider near the cashier. The sad thing is no one noticed but i did coz' . . i didn't like their faces the moment i laid eyes on them. They kinda reminded me of them kids that would steal pencil or eraser in high school.

Anyway you can't do much. If you were to shout, it just shows how much of a hooligan you are even though the person is at wrong. The best is to just cut him/her back. Maybe shove your way around but morally if you cut someone then you deserve to be cut back. Just don't make a big commotion.

I think if he gives you the cold shoulder, you'll look like the bigger fool shouting at nothing.
