The match will begin with a coin toss , the winner will get to choose:
(a) Sentinel/Scourge side of the map or
(b) the first hero selection from drafting
Heroes drafting(Extended League):
- Game Mode: Extended League Mode. (-Ap mode will be typed in-game)
- Teams will decide which claims first pick or sides pick. Both teams will be allowed to take out up to 3 heroes from the pool of heroes before drafting starts. This will work based on a 1-1-1-1-1-1 format. Teams can choose to stop taking out heroes before the maximum 3 heroes limit and their turn to take out the heroes will be void.

-It is not allowed to buy items for other players on your team with exception of the following items which may not be sold if transferred:

- The following items may be shared, but must be returned to its owner in timely manner:

- It is allowed to share unit control to purchase items, as long as the item is delivered immediately to the player who paid for it
- Items which are dropped from a kill or chicken may be picked up by:
* any enemy player, and the item is now considered his. The enemy hero who picked the dropped item is not allowed to give the item to his allies, he can use it during the game or he can sell it for gold.
* any ally player, who MUST RETURN THE ITEM TO ITS OWNER WITHOUT ATTACKING/USING IT (not even neutral creeps), or he can place the item near the fountain so the owner can take it.
Remember that each team may have vin total 2 Mekansm, 2 Necronomicon, 1 Refresher Orb, Arcane Ring, 2 Euls, 2 Guinsoos or 1 Eul + 1 Guinsoo
If the items limit has already been reached by the team who picked the item, they have to sell it for gold or destroy it !
- It is not allowed to purposefully suicide to drop an item for another player
- It is not allowed to block creeps with the help of spells, such as fissure, sprout etc. it is only allowed to use the hero model to intercept with creeps
- Any team in violation of this rule if reported will be served a minimum penalty of a warning (2 warnings will result in a Disqualification of participation of the tournament) and if it is deemed to have changed the outcome of the game by admins , will be given a default loss.

- Teams are persuaded to save their games frequently during a match in order to compensate for disconnects
- Disconnect before a hero has been killed: match restart
- Disconnect after a hero has been killed: If a savegame has been made within the last 15 minutes, then consult the rule below. If not then the game continues without the disconnected player.
- If team 1 have killed 5+ heroes more than team 2 during the period of the last savegame and the disconnection, then the disconnect is in the favour of team 1. For example:
- At the time of the savegame the score is 35-35
- At the time of the disconnection the score is 42-37 for team 1
- Since team 1 have killed 5+ heroes more than team 2, team 1 may now chose wether to continue the match or remake from the savegame.
- A tower counts for 3 kills when calculating this, an Aegis counts for ?a kill rounding down, a rax counts for 5 kills.
- The teams must save game right after first blood
- If neither team is in advantage then an admin should be consulted, unless teams can agree to a decision by themselves.
- After a remake all players have to pick the same heroes as before, and must go to the same starting lane. On initial creep contact, the players may change lane
- If the same player disconnects more than 3 times, then the opposing team may chose to continue the match without him.
- It is allowed to use a disconnected hero, but it is not allowed to give his items to other players. The items may either stay on the disconnected hero, or be sold so the money is dispersed among the remaining players.

1) Use of any map hack program
2) Intentional use of game bugs or cheats
3) Intentional disconnection
4) Use of any settings exceeding standard and permitted settings
5) If the match is disrupted due to unnecessary chatting, the player may be given a warning or lose by default at the referee sole discretion.
6) The use of unrostered players will result in removal from the tournament.
7) Unintentional breaking of the rules stated under ugs and restrictions?will result in a warning the first time, second time offenders will be removed from the tournament.
8) It is not allowed to make changes to the rules even if agreeing with your opponent.
Upon discovery of any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, that player will be disqualified from the tournament.
During the course of any match, the operations staff and/or referee may determine other actions to be unfair play at any time.
Two warnings constitute being disqualified from the tournament.

Brief guide to Sino-Net
1. Using NKVE Highway
- After the last toll, exit through Shah Alam/Klang
- You will see Jusco on your right side.
- When reach the cross junction take a right turning.
- The rest will be same as following Federal Highway
2. Using Federal Highway
- After pass the RM1.00 Toll, Basically just go all the way straight, you will reach a flyover and Jusco is on your right side.
- Go straight and you will reach the 2nd flyover, Hotel/Restaurant in contruction on your left side.
- Continue straight reach the 3rd flyover got lotsa shophouses/petrol station on both left and right.
- Continue straight you will reach a stiff curve to the left, there's a TV there. Go on straigh u will reach the bridge that cross Klang river.
- After the bridge there will be a slight S curve.
- Later on u will reach another flyover, notice the flyover split into left and right, follow the left side, signboard written Hospital TAR/Banting
- All the way straight, there will be few traffic lights. 1st traffic light there's a mosque on your left. 2nd traffic light the Hospital is on your right.
- Keep left go straight until u reach the next flyover, dun go up the flyover, keep left go bottom, reach the traffic light and take a right turning.
- After the turn, petronas will be on your left side, Traffic light go straight. A moment after the traffic light, turn right before APT hair saloon. Behind APT is 99 market.
- opposite of the empty filed you will see Station One cafe, Sino-Net is behind Station One cafe
3. Using Kesas Highway
- After the Kota Kemuning Toll, continue straight and exit through Klang/Banting.
- After the Exit turn right, go all the way straight. You will reach a cross junction with traffic lights. On your left is Bandar Bukit Tinggi and on your right is Bandar Botanic.
- Continue straigh and you will see tesco on your left. Dun go up the flyover.
- Keep left and take a left turning
- After the turn, petronas will be on your left side, Traffic light go straight. A moment after the traffic light, turn right before APT hair saloon. Behind APT is 99 market.
- opposite of the empty filed you will see Station One cafe, Sino-Net is behind Station One cafe
