hmm... on average i guess it would be 4 pairs

i) slippers
ii) work or school shoes
iii) jalan-jalan shoes
iv) sport shoes

if active in sports then more
work/formal shoes also maybe more than 1 pair
if they willing to spend, jalan-jalan shoes also more than 1 pair

so i guess a guy with 10 pairs of shoes would still be normal

those that collect different i guess, cause that one more like hobby.
